    The intensity and pace of counselling will depend on the issue and your goals. For some issues, one or a few sessions may be sufficient. However, a serious exploration of an issue often requires a process that cannot be completed in a single session. We will discuss together what intensity and duration you feel comfortable with. Experience has shown that an average of 3-5 hours is required per topic in short-term coaching. If you would like longer coaching, for example for more complex issues, please feel free to contact me for pricing.

    Step 1: Contact me.

    Our first session begins with a 30-minute introduction to get to know each other. I’ll explain the methods, possibilities, and limitations, allowing you to decide if we’re a good match.

    • The first 30 minutes help us assess compatibility and coaching alignment
    • If you decide not to continue within the first 30 minutes, you won’t be charged.
    • If you choose to continue, the entire session is billed at the normal rate, except the first 15 minutes.
    • Any discussion during this time is already coaching-relevant and goal-oriented.

    15-minute blocks with "open end"

    For coaching sessions lasting longer than one hour, I do not charge in standard hourly intervals, but in 15-minute intervals. This approach has proven effective because sometimes coaching sessions have to be concluded at a time so that the client can resume the process conveniently during the following session. It also ensures that I do not take money out of your pocket unnecessarily, which I believe to be fair. In some cases, we may reach a significant stage in the coaching process where it would not be practical to end the session based solely on the time allocated. For instance, a session may span two hours or more, yet still be beneficial to the client's progress. This approach enables us to achieve our goals more efficiently.
     
    Please ensure you allocate sufficient time for our appointment. I also plan ahead and therefore only accept a maximum of three clients per day. As mentioned, we can expect to spend an average of three to five hours per coaching topic, spread over multiple sessions, but this is just a guideline based on experience.
