We delved into how we perceive the world around us, examining the intricate workings of neurotransmitters and brain science that influence our thoughts and behaviors. 

Witnessing students develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others has been profoundly fulfilling. The success stories that emerge from these classes serve as a testament to the transformative power of (self)knowledge and connection.

**Method Days 1+2**: In this dynamic course, participants explored various coaching methods and tools designed to enhance personal and professional growth. Through methodical coaching exercises, individuals engaged in hands-on activities that fostered deep learning and self-discovery.
